These terms and conditions govern your use of the website www.diannespencer.com.au
These are terms and conditions included that are relevant and pertinent solely to the services offered by Dianne Spencer online.

PAYMENTS (Payment - Online)

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Direct Deposit.

Direct Deposit. If you can only make a direct deposit, please email [email protected] to receive banking information.

Currency. All prices quoted on this site are in Australian Dollars from within Australia. Once you have a billing address in the online store it will convert to your country of origin currency.

GST. All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Signature Programs and Individual Sessions- A refund for an individual intuitive session service offered by Dianne Spencer will only be available if more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided.

A refund for any online course will be provided if the course has not begun. Once the course start date has commenced a refund will not be provided.


There is no exchange policy or refund available for fees payable in relation to courses connected to the website, all fees payable for the programme are outlined specific to the Client within the (digital) Workshop Participant Agreement. Once the client has signed the agreement, it is binding.

Dianne Spencer as the Mentor/Practitioner is committed to providing all clients in the Programme with a positive programme experience. By signing Workshop Participant Agreement, you as the client agree that the mentor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate client participation in the Programme without a refund or forgiveness of payments if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms. If the Client decides to withdraw from the programme, no refunds will be issued and any outstanding balance owing on the programme fee is due within 7 days of exit.
